To start with, switch to the Audiences section of your dashboard.
Here you can see the full list of profiles created within all of your event apps and/or imported with connected integrations. The full list of profiles is shown by default, but you can pick an already created segment from the list (1) or start creating a new filter (2).
You can add, remove or rearrange columns (fields) that are shown on the audience list. For this, click the button shown on the screenshot below:
In the pop-up window, add or remove a field by simply clicking on it or drag and drop the fields in the Selected list to rearrange them.
You can close the pop-up window, changes are being saved automatically.
Here you can also select specific profiles and export them into a csv file. Or you can export an entire segment.
