Writing a good description can take a little bit of practice. A good description will make it easy for attendees to find your app and understand exactly what it does. A good place to start is to describe your event; for that, you can considering using content from your event website or email campaigns.

After explaining the basics, you can write a little about what features the app includes. It's best to prepare a description at the end of the app building process when most of features and content are in place. You can always come back to Step 1 to make changes before you submit your app.

Here's a good description sample from one of our clients:

"Affiliate Summit East 2017, the premier affiliate marketing conference, is taking place August 18-20, 2017 at the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia.

This three-day conference includes an exhibit hall with affiliate merchants, vendors, and networks, as well as multiple tracks of educational sessions covering the latest trends and information from affiliate marketing experts.

Official mobile app of Summit has the following functionality:

- Social event feed
- Ability to chat with other event attendees right within the app
- Detailed info about event
- Schedule with ability to create personal notifications
- Map with routing functionality"
