With Feature visibility, you will have the ability to make app features only visible to specific people based on attendee groups. For example, you can create extra features for VIP attendees or create features for event staff to view.

To get started you need to set up attendee groups and assign them to the app users. If you are not sure how to do that, check our dedicated article here.

As soon as you created and assigned groups, return to the features page, hover the mouse cursor over the feature you are interested in hiding and select the pencil icon. 

In the feature editing window enable the "Hide this feature?" option and click "Save". Repeat the same procedure for any other feature you want to hide. 

Now proceed to the Settings tab and find the "Feature Visibility" section. In there you'll see all the features you enabled the visibility option for. Specify all groups that can view a particular feature in the section below its name.  

Feature visibility in Muti-Event apps.

For Multi-Event apps, you can hide a feature both on a Container level and on an Event's one. For the Container app - just follow the procedure described above. 

As far as the Event level is concerned - you would need to have your attendees join the event first and only after that you will be able to set up the feature visibility. For this, you would need to "tag" profiles - which is similar to grouping:

Go to Event > Profiles >Tags:

2. Create a new tag and assign it to specific profiles:

Once assigned, proceed to Settings > Feature Visibility and specify all tags that can view a particular feature in the section below its name:
