In this article, you will learn how to submit a request to transfer your entire menu and content from one event to another. This article is broken down into two parts for easier navigation:
- Finding Your Event ID
- Submitting a Content Transfer Request
1. Finding Your Event ID
To request a feature transfer, you will need to provide Attendify with two event IDs: the ID of the event you're transferring features from, and the IDs of the event you're transferring features to. Here is how to find your event ID:
To transfer features from or to a Multi-Event app, always provide the ID of your Multi-Event container and the ID of the specific event inside the container:
1) go into your multi-event container
2) click into the event in question
3) go to the address bar in your browser and copy the container and event ID that are available right after “manage/“ in the page URL. See an example video below:
Eventually, your pair of IDs should look something like this: dcz59n/event/impog14 The first ID will include 6 digits; the second — 7.

Locating an ID for your Attendify or One-Event app is very simple. It's available right below the name of your app:
2. Submitting a Content Transfer Request
The moment you copied your Event IDs, you'll need to submit a content transfer request. Click on the button below to get started:
In the content transfer form, provide your email address, the ID of the event you're transferring features from, and the ID of the event you're transferring features to. When done, click "Submit" to file your request. From there, within 24 hours we'll transfer the features and send you an email confirmation.
