1. Live Support Hours
Attendify Support Team Live Support Hours are as follows:
Monday - Friday:
1 a.m. - 7 p.m.
11 p.m. - 5 p.m.
6 a.m. - 12 a.m.
Saturday - Sunday:
📌*Every Saturday and Sunday we monitor chats and emails for urgent and major issues during live events. An issue is considered major if you have a live event, and it prevents the majority of attendees from using the platform.
As a rule, our live support hours do not change during holidays, but if your event is happening during a US National Holiday, please confirm support operation hours with us in advance.
Attendify Support Team is both knowledgeable, caring, and understands the pressure of live events. You can get in touch with the team through firstname.lastname@example.org Monday through Friday, and they'll be happy to help you with any questions or challenges.
Every single email matters to us, but we prioritize live event issues and our response times vary based on your Attendify subscription.

❗ Live chat is recommended for urgent live-event issues, as this channel offers a faster response time as compared to email.
Attendify offers phone support only to Enterprise accounts.
In most cases, phone support is less efficient when troubleshooting technical issues because we often need screenshots or other information that is best sent via chat or email. That's why we focus on chat and email support, but for Enterprise clients, we offer phone support as an option.
5. Response Time
As a rule of thumb, we try to reply as soon as we can to all incoming emails and chats. Our average response times during live support hours look like this:
- Live Chat — within 25 mins
- Email — within 7 hours
